The company's main business is lithium battery anode natural graphite coating, and its business scope covers R&D of lithium battery materials, production of graphite products, and import and export of goods.
Longdi Carbon Material Technology Co., Ltd. has been engaged in the research and development and production of lithium ion battery materials since 2012. As for the production equipment of Longdi , there are 13 sets of graphite coating production lines of reactor kettle type and pusher kiln type. It has great advantages in reducing the entry of external oxygen and maintaining the stability of the temperature in the furnace, and the overall performance of the products produced is excellent. As a traditional production line, the pusher kiln production line has mature technology and perfect technique, and is the most commonly used coating equipment in the industry at present. And it is because of the advanced production equipment and perfect production technique that Longdi can produce stable and high-quality coated graphite.
As for quality control, Longdi has a complete quality management system, and has passed the certifications of ISO9001 system and IATF16949 automobile quality system. We also have a well-equipped lithium-ion battery material testing laboratory. In the production process of products, there is a strict sampling and testing system. From raw materials to processing, and then to the final packaging, there is a complete product tracking record, which can ensure of high-quality products, and to make sure that products of better performance are delivered to customers.

The first and second phase of longdi new factory has been completed, using automatic production line. The third phase of the plant is under construction and equipment will be purchased from next year.
